WINTER 2019: One-Day S.T.E.A.M. & Maker Workshops
All workshops are offered at our main office.
- scienceSeeds Main is located at 29 Emmons Drive Suite G-10 (off of Rte 1 near Whole Foods)
FULL-DAY STEAM & Maker Workshop Hours:
- Our full day 6-12 year old STEAM & Maker programs run from 9:00 AM-3:30 PM unless otherwise noted.
- For an additional fee, we offer extended care: early drop-off 8:00 AM/late pickup 5:30 PM.
- Our 4-6 year old STEAM & Maker programs run from 9:00 AM -12:00 PM unless otherwise noted.
- For an additional fee, we offer extended care: early drop-off 8:00 AM/late pickup 1:00 PM.
- You can sign up for extended care during camp registration. All last minute extended care registration are subject to availability.
Calling All Space Explorers (Ages 6-12)
If you are interested in space exploration this is the workshop for you. Learn about our Solar System and how scientists observe and explore the planets, asteroids, and comets that surround us. Through demonstrations, participants will be shown the beauty of comets and the Moon’s craters. We will also use engineering and physics concepts to design and build tools for moving across surfaces or collecting samples. Projects will be based on the age of the participants.
